The Newmans

I love when I work with my friends, especially this lovely lady and her family!

My friend, Kristi, brought these super cute tiles!  It’s lucky that she has the right number of kids to do this.

I’m so glad we got this shot!  As you can see, the little guy is about to make his escape attempt. My version of the Brady Bunch mosaic. Walking is so fun!Just cause it makes me laugh.

Katlyn

It’s senior portrait season crunch time!  I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with the delightful Katlyn, here are some of my favorites from our session.

The Baileseseses

That’s how I like to pluralize their name.  What do you do with a toddler who won’t sit still?  You RUN!!

And run and run!  Check out little Vance in the second picture…hilarious!

And  then maybe you walk a little bit. Then there is this scrumptious little lady. And then, of course, you move into some psychedelic tunnel and walk some more. Quick!  He’s standing still!!Oh yeah, and then we came upon some nifty balloons.

Erica

Erica loves the desert and desert landscapes, so we headed out to Desert Botanical Gardens for her senior portrait shoot.  We found some great spots, here are a few of my favorites.

Look how her shirt matches the leaves!  Love it!

She loves saguaros, so we made sure to get some in our backgrounds.I love this little niche in the gardens, it’s one of my favorite spots.Another saguaro! And I just love these yellow flowers, that’s the nice part about going to the gardens in spring- it’s in full bloom.

Violette and Sam

Violette and Sam were married at the beautiful Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona on March 11th.  A beautiful couple and a beautiful day- so fun for me! Here’s a slideshow to enjoy as well.

There are so many beautiful flowers around the resort- I loved this one in particular.Okay, can we talk about the hair on this gorgeous woman?  She’s like a Greek goddess angel who just stepped out of a Renaissance painting.  The family praying prior to the ceremony.Look at the view of Camelback Mountain!I loved the high energy first dance. This group loved to dance!  I went into the eye of the storm during the Hava Nagila and barely made it out alive, but it was really fun.
